We made two trips to Ikoma during this trip to Japan. Ikoma is about 30 minute local train-ride away from Umeda, located near the mountains. Niina's cousin Hannu lives there with his family, so we were invited to visit them! Hannu is teaching Finnish to a small group of Japanese students and we were invited to the course to keep a presentation about Jyväskylä and Finland. On the first time we went through the presentation with Hannu and fixed some stuff in it when needed.

Me tehtiin kaksi reissua Ikomaan tällä Japanin matkalla. Ikoma on noin 30 minuutin paikallisjunamatkan päässä Umedasta, ja se sijaitsee ylempänä vuorilla. Niinan serkku Hannu asuu siellä perheineen, ja me saatiin kutsu heidän kotiin! Hannu opettaa Suomea pienelle ryhmälle japanilaisia ja meidät oli kutsuttu sinne kurssille pitämään esitelmä Jyväskylästä ja Suomesta. Ensimmäisellä kerralla Ikomassa tsekattiin se meidän esitys läpi Hannun kanssa ja fiksailtiin mitä tarvitsi.

We ate sushi together♥

Ikoma was a really nice and calm place! And there was a BREEZE OF WIND. Seriously, after being in Umeda where everything is hectic, hot, humid and the air is so bad and there is no wind at all, and then going to Ikoma where it was calm, cooler, less people on the streets, and a small breeze of wind I was like (♥____♥) I can understand why Hannu and his family want to live there, I could live there too! XD Lovely place ♥

Ikoma oli ihana ja rauhallinen paikka! Ja siellä kävi TUULENVIRE. Oikeesti, sen jälkeen kun on asunut Umedassa jossa on hektistä, kuuma, ilmankosteus miljoona% ja huono ilma joka seisoo, ja sitten pääsee Ikoman kaltaiseen paikkaan missä on rauhallista, viileämpää ja vähemmän ihmisiä ja kiva pieni tuulenvire olin ihan (♥____♥) Ymmärrän nyt täysin miksi Hannu ja sen perhe asuu Ikomassa, minäkin haluan asua siellä! XD Ihana paikka ♥

On the second trip to Ikoma, Hannu made us this delicious raamen thing he likes to eat! It was so good! He had bought it from a different store than from where he usually buys, so in his opinion this wasn't as good as the one he usually makes XD But it was really good anyway! 

Toisella reissulla Ikomaan Hannu teki meille tommosta nuudeliruokaa josta se itsekin tykkää hirveesti! Se oli tosi hyvää! Hannu oli kuulemma ostanut tätä mitäs se teki meille eri kaupasta mistä se yleensä ostaa, joten Hannun mielestä tämä kyseinen merkki ei ollu niin hyvää kun se mitä se yleensä ostaa XD Mutta tosi hyvää silti!

BOOZE!!

Huge bottles of alcohol!! In a regular convenience store!! O____O;;

These were like 3 litres each of 20% or 25% alcohol. If these were sold like this in Finland, for one they would cost WAY more, and secondly, people would die. They would go crazy! In Finland they are planning to make the laws concerning alcohol even more strict than they are so something like this will never be seen in Finland. Even though it would be fun to see people's reactions! XD

Jättikanistereita viinaa!! Tavallisessa lähikaupassa!! O_____O;;

Noi oli jotain 3 litran pöniköitä 20% ja 25% viinaa. Suomalaiselle ihan jäätävä näky XD Jos näitä myytäisiin Suomessa vaikka ihan Alkossakin, saati tavallisessa marketissa, niin ne maksais ensinnäkin ihan järjettömän paljon, ja toisekseen ihmisiä kaatuis kun heinää kun ne ostelis tommosia. Nythän täällä aiotaan vielä entisestään kiristää alkoholilakeja, joten tämmösiä ei Suomessa nähdä. Vaikka olis aika jännää nähdä ihmisten reaktiot! XD

Then was our Finnish day XD ♥ Well we had two kind of presentations about Finland on the same day and we ate Finnish food so it was a very Finnish day. First we were with Shizuko-san and her friends and we made Finnish and Swedish foods together! We brought Salmiakki and Ryebread for them to taste! ♥

Sitten olikin jo meidän Suomipäivä XD ♥ No, meillä oli kaksi esitystä Suomesta samana päivänä, ja syötiin myös suomalaista ruokaa joten se päivä tuntui tosi suomalaiselta. Ensin tehtiin Shizuko-sanin ja hänen ystävien kanssa Suomalaista ja Ruotsalaista ruokaa! Me oltiin tuotu maistettavaksi salmiakkia ja ruisleipää! ♥

Ahhaha, the salmiakki-tasting was so much fun! XD Their faces were priceless! Mikito ended up spitting the salmiakki out and saying it was the most horrible taste ever and we call it candy XD Aya didn't like it much but Minori did and she took more! ♥

Ahhaha, salmiakin maistelu oli hauskaa! XD Kaikkien ilmeet oli niin parhaita! Mikito sylki loppujen lopuksi sen karkin pois ja sano että se oli hirveintä mitä se on ikinä maistanut ja me kutsutaan sitä karkiksi XD Aya ei hirveesti tykännyt mutta söi kuitenkin loppuun, ja Minori jopa tykkäsi salmiakista ja otti vielä lisää! ♥

We had a crazy shopping day!! (*__*) ♥ We went through Shinsaibashi-suji and found many cool new stores!! Shoppings post is coming soon~

Pidettiin sitten yks päivä ihan hullu ostosmaratooni!! (*___*) ♥ Käveltiin mm. läpi koko Shinsaibashi-suji ja löydettiin siinä samalla hienoja uusia kauppoja!! Ostospostaus on tulossa~
