Awhile ago I received a sponsored package from LoveShoppingholics.com that contained new lenses and en eyeliner pencil

So happy to try some make-up products as well! But today I'm writing about the lenses mostly~

I chose EOS Ice Pink lenses

Vähän aikaa sitten sain postissa sponsoripaketin LoveShoppingholicsilta, joka sisälsi uudet piilarit ja kajaalikynän

Olen tosi iloinen kun saan välillä kokeilla meikkituotteitakin! Mutta tänään keskityn noihin piilareihin~

I chose these lenses because I've always liked EOS' brand

I own only a few other EOS lenses and they have always been comfortable and reliable. Other reason I chose these was that I love pink and wanted something that didn't look too outrageous

Omistan ainoastaaan muutamat EOSin piilolinssit, mutta ne ovat kaikki olleet mukavia ja luotettavia käyttää. Toinen syy miksi valitsin juuri nämä, oli koska rakastan pinkkiä ja halusin jotkut sellaiset piilarit jotka eivät näytä liian räikeiltä

Comfort: ♥♥♥♥♥ 5/5

I really liked the comfort of these lenses! Like EOS in general, these don't feel bad in the eyes even after many hours of use. And I have sensitive eyes so for those who have the same condition I can recommend to at least try these lenses.

Tykkäsin näiden piilareiden mukavuudesta oikein paljon! Kuten muutkin EOSin piilarit, nämä eivät tuntuneet pahalta silmissä monien tuntien käytön jälkeenkään. Ja minulla on kumminkin herkät silmät, joten voin suositella muillekin samanlaiset silmät omaaville ainakin kokeilemaan näitä.

I gave three hearts because these are not the most color rich lenses, but on the other hand these were exactly what I was looking for. So for those searching for colorful lenses these might not be for you.

Annoin kolme sydäntä siitä syystä että näissä piilareissa ei paljoa tuota väriä ole, mutta se oli kyllä juuri sitä mitä itse tavoittelinkin. Eli niille jotka etsivät peittäviä linssejä niin nämä eivät välttämättä ole oikeat.

Enlargement: ♥♥♥♥ 4/5

These lenses do enlarge the eyes but as the outer ring is not that dark and these lenses are very faint in general, the enlargement these create are quite natural, especially from afar. But yet again, this was exactly what I was looking for.

Nämä piilarit kyllä suurentavat silmiä, mutta koska ulkoreunus ei ole kovin tumma, eivätkä nämä ole muutenkaan sieltä peittävimmästä päästä niin suurennus näyttää todella luonnolliselta varsinkin kaukaa katsottuna. Mutta kuten jo mainitsinkin niin se oli se juuri mitä itse hain.

So awhile ago I received new lenses from LoveShoppingholics

I'm so happy they continue to work with me! I wanted to try some new brown lenses and these I.Fairy Ash Brown lenses looked really nice

Especially since they looked so ashy in the picture and my own eyes are green so I though they'd blend really well with them~

Olen niin iloinen, että he haluavat edelleen olla yhteistyössä kanssani! Halusin tällä kertaa kokeilla jotain uusia ruskeita piilareita, ja nämä I.Fairy Ash Brown linssit näyttivät todella kivoilta

Review

Enlargement: ♥♥♥♥ 4/5

As the diameter on the website and also on the lens bottles were 16.2mm I was expecting a huge enlargement effect! Even more so than the Hello Kitty lenses! But when I got the lenses they didn't look any bigger than the Kitty lenses. I even thought the Kitty lenses looked a bit bigger. But this was only my expectation, it doesn't change fact that the lenses do give big dolly eyes! I liked the enlargement effect alot.

Koska nettisivuilla sekä niiden piilaripurkkien kyljessä oli linssien läpimitaksi laitettu 16.2mm, odotin aivan mieletöntä silmien isonnusefektiä! Vieläkin isompaa mitä noilla Hello Kitty piilareilla sai aikaan! Mutta kun sain nämä piilarit niin eivät ne näyttäneen kovinkaan paljoa niitä Kitty linssejä isommilta. Melkein ajattelin, että Kitty linssit ovat ehkä isommatkin kuin nämä. Mutta tämä johtui siis aivan omasta ennakko-olettamuksestani, se ei muuta sitä, että nämä piilarit todella suurentavat silmiä ja tekevät sen nukkemaisen efektin! Tykkäsin näidenkin suurennusefektistä.

Again, when looking at the picture of the lenses on the website (which you can also see from the beginning of the post) the color of the lenses look a bit more ashy than what it actually is. It was a bit disappointing but not a crucial factor. The color of the lenses is a bit more warm than in the pictures. In natural outdoor lighting the lenses do look a bit ash brown but indoors they look warm brown, like for example GEO Angel Brown. And they didn't blend that well in my eyes that I had hoped for.

Koska olin katsellut nettisivuilta näiden piilareiden kuvia (sama kuva kuin tämän postauksen alussa), näiden väri näyttää tuhkaisemmalta kuin mitä se todellisuudessa sitten olikaan. Olin vähän pettynyt tästä mutta eihän siinä mitään. Näiden piilareiden väri on siis vähän lämpimämpi kuin mitä kuvat nettisivuilla antaa olettaa, mutta luonnonvalossa se tuhkaisuus tulee paremmin esiin. Sisällä keinovalossa nämä piilarit näyttävät ihan lämpimiltä ruskeilta, kuten esimerkiksi GEO:n Angel Brownit. Nämä eivät myöskään sulautuneet omien silmieni väriin niin hyvin kuin odotin.

Comfort: ♥♥♥♥♥ 5/5

From comfort factor I have to give full points! I have nothing to complain. I understand that when the diameter is as big as in these lenses, they are not as comfortable as smaller diameter lenses are. I'm taking that into account and for 16.2mm lenses these are comfortable. At least in my eyes. More comfortable than the Kitty lenses that are almost the same diameter. During the day I had to use eyedrops few times because of my sensitive eyes.

Mukavuudesta tulee kyllä täydet pisteet! Ei ole mitään valittamista oikeastaaan. Ymmärrän, että kun piilareiden läpimitta isonee, myös mukavuus huononee. Tietysti pienemmät piilarit ovat mukavammat, ja haluan ottaa tämän huomioon tässä arvioinnissa. Joten 16.2mm läpimitan piilareiksi nämä ovat ihan mukavat, ainakin omissa silmissä. Paljon mukavammat kuin esimerkiksi Kitty linssit jotka ovat lähes yhtä isot kuin nämä. Päivän aikana jouduin kyllä laittamaan silmätippoja pari kertaa, koska omaan herkät silmät.
